By accessing or using Bridge47 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Bridge47 is a marketplace platform that connects users ("Clients") with professionals and celebrities ("Talent") for booking sessions, lessons, and experiences. We facilitate these connections but are not a party to the agreements between Clients and Talent.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Bookings and Payments

For Clients:

All bookings are subject to Talent availability and acceptance
Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation
Refunds are subject to our refund policy and Talent cancellation policies
You agree to provide accurate payment information

For Talent:

You set your own rates and availability
Platform fees apply to completed bookings
Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule
You are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by Talent and are displayed at booking time. Generally:

Cancellations 24+ hours before: Full refund (minus processing fees)
Cancellations within 24 hours: Subject to Talent's policy
No-shows: No refund unless extenuating circumstances apply
Talent cancellations: Full refund to Client

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Submit false or misleading information
Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
Share account credentials with others
Use automated systems to access the Platform
Record sessions without consent

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

Bridge47 and its logos are trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

Talent availability or quality
Accuracy of user-provided information
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific outcomes from sessions

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCESS 47 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge47 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
